Steganography by image
Stegano is a program carried out in a group of 3 as part of the Techniques and Tools for Programming (TOP) module from Télécom Nancy. I was appointed project manager.
This program can hide and find an image, a text or any binary in an image with the LSB method (least significant bit). The number of LSB can be determined independently for each of the layers (red, green and blue).
It can also measure different quality indices (EQM, SNR, PSNR, MSSIM, MCSSIM and ∆Eab) of a modified or extracted image compared to the original image, generate a comparative map (pixel by pixel) of SSIM , CSSIM and ∆Eab, convert an image to gray level or calculate the space available (to hide information) in an image with this or that LSB distribution.
